1. Booking Information

1.1 Bookings are made via our website: pawenlawen.co.uk. The service cost is displayed when you make your booking. Once you have made your booking, you will receive an email confirmation before the second email with the gate code that is sent an hour before your booking (please check your spam / junk folder), a copy of these Terms and Conditions, and any other important information. Do not share the gate code with others, this is for your use only.

1.2 If you arrive late, the booking cannot be extended as the dog park is hired out at hourly intervals for 50 minutes. Late arrivals will be restricted to their booking times.

1.3 Cancellation Policy – we are unable to refund cancelled bookings as there are payment charges incurred and those spaces may not be filled at short notice. You are however able to amend your booking if you e-mail us with a minimum of 24hrs notice. We can then send you a booking code to use within a month or we can move your slot.

1.4 Bookings are non-transferable. The person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms & Conditions.
